Keysight N6782A is a source meter module (SMU) designed specifically for testing advanced functionality of devices. N6782A not only modulates up to 100 kHz output, but also outputs and consumes current (2-quadrant operation), making it ideal for testing advanced functions of various devices such as DC/DC converters, power management units, power amplifiers, and power management ICs. Its fast current output and waveform function can apply excitation to the input stage of the tested device, while its electronic load function can apply load to the output stage of the tested device and perform measurements, forming a complete testing solution.
