The Agilent 53181A RF counter provides fast and accurate results for the RF testing you need. It provides the same signal processing and testing automation features as the Agilent 53131A and Agilent 53132A universal counters, with a resolution of 10 bits per second.
Agilent 53181A offers a standard 225MHz channel, and you can also choose to measure 1.5 GHz, 3 GHz, 5 GHz

The dual channel Agilent 53131A counter provides a frequency resolution of 10 bits per second at frequencies up to 225MHz. The resolution index for a single time interval is set at 500ps, which can be further reduced by averaging. Measurements include frequency, period, time interval, ratio, phase angle, total sum, peak voltage, pulse parameters, and so on. To access frequently used tests, up to 20 different stored panel settings can be called with a single key. Choose 53131A for general workbench or system testing, in which case you will need a counter that is reasonably priced. For applications that require higher resolution, Agilent 53132A provides the same performance as 53131A, but with a frequency resolution of up to 12 bits and a single time interval resolution specification of 150ps. When you need precision and resolution, or when speed requirements are stringent in automated systems, you can choose 53132A.
