Provides complete mixer/converter amplitude response, absolute phase, and absolute delay response measurements. In the calibration process, a double mixer is introduced to realize the frequency conversion of the reference path and the frequency conversion of the calibration path. The introduced dual mixers are required to be consistent with the conversion characteristics of the DUT, and calibrating the mixers requires reciprocal conversion characteristics.
The complex characteristics of the mixer/inverter can be measured with a single connection, and the amplitude and phase measurement accuracy is high.
The gain compression measurement function can complete the compression parameter measurement of the active device in the working frequency band such as linear gain, compression point gain, compression point input power, compression point output power, linear input matching, etc.
