Ceyear 1466 series signal generators support high-purity spectrum signal output, typical 1GHz carrier single sideband (SSB) phase noise -145dBc/Hz@10kHz offset, 10GHz carrier typical -132dBc/Hz@10kHz offset; Typical 20GHz wideband bottom noise -161dBc/Hz@30MHz offset; 10GHz carrier spurious <-80dBc, harmonic <-55dBc. Cleaner signals allow you to test microwave and millimeter wave components, systems, and OTAs without interfering signals.
Typical maximum output power of Ceyear 1466 series signal generators is +27dBm at 5GHz, +24dBm at 20GHz, +25dBm at 30GHz, +22dBm at 60GHz, and +3dBm at 110GHz. The minimum output power is -150dBm (configurable), and the dynamic range exceeds 170dB. It has excellent power accuracy specifications, with a typical value of <0.5dB (below 20GHz).
Amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, phase modulation, and pulse modulation are supported. It has complex pulse modulation functions such as double pulse, pulse burst, repetition rate stagger, repetition frequency jitter, and repetition frequency slip.

110GHz coaxial frequency coverage, simpler and more accurate testing
The Ceyear 1466 series signal generator does not need an external frequency converter, and the coaxial output frequency covers 6kHz~110GHz, which ensures high-precision large dynamic range amplitude control, and has power accuracy and stability that cannot be achieved by the external spread spectrum scheme. At the same time, it supports external Ceyear 8240X series inverters, which can further extend the frequency to 750GHz. It is a powerful tool for efficient RF compliance testing of millimeter wave 5G communications.
