Keysight N6754A is a 300 W high-performance automatic range DC power module that not only has low noise and high accuracy, but also has a programming speed that is 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. The high-speed test extension option provides a digital instrument similar to an oscilloscope, which can improve measurement accuracy when characterizing high-speed transients or pulse events of the device under test (DUT).

This module can be used for 1 U high N6700 small multi output modular power supply system (suitable for ATE system) and N6705 multi output DC power analyzer (suitable for workbench testing). It comes standard with GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI interfaces. We offer over 20 different DC power modules for you to choose from, ranging from basic to high-precision, from 20W to 500W power, with a wide range of models available.
