AFG31000 Arbitrary Wave Function Generator

Using InstaView ™  The AFG31000 series of technology is a high-performance arbitrary wave function generator with built-in waveform generation application, real-time waveform monitoring function, and intelligent user interface.

Verify the output waveform after connecting the DUT
InstaView ™  The technology can be used on any wave function generator to directly view the real-time waveform after connecting the DUT, without the need for an oscilloscope or other equipment, saving testing time and avoiding experimental errors caused by impedance mismatch.

Complete the dual pulse test within one minute
AFG31000 is a function generator that includes built-in dual pulse testing software. Now, you can generate two waveforms with variable pulse widths (from 20 ns to 150 µ s) directly on the touch screen within one minute. No need to use external PC applications or manually edit.
Measure switch device parameters and evaluate the dynamic performance of power devices such as MOSFETs and IGBTs.

High fidelity signal and advanced mode
After opening the packaging, each channel can generate precise long waveforms up to 16 M points in continuous mode. Variable acquisition clock technology ensures that you no longer lose any waveform data. The product features can be upgraded, allowing you to further improve your testing level and create and edit complex waveforms at only one tenth the cost of traditional AWG.
Product optional feature upgrade, you can:
Expand memory to 128 M points per channel (optional MEM)
Up to 25 input and control sequence/trigger/gating modes (option SEQ) are used for: loop, wait, jump, go, external trigger input, manual trigger, timed trigger, and SCPI commands to create flexible and complex long waveforms.

Simplify the creation of arbitrary waveforms
The built-in ARB editing tool ArbBuilder includes all operations for creating, editing, and transferring arbitrary waveforms without the need to connect to a PC or transfer files to a PC. The amplitude and bias data are stored in the waveform, so there is no need to adjust the settings after loading the standardized ARB.

Intelligent user interface
Use the large AFG touch screen to learn and work faster. The working principle of a 9-inch screen is similar to that of a smart device, so you can easily find settings and parameters and find shortcut keys for commonly used settings by zooming and scrolling with your fingers.
